Pie AI started as a simple idea — born from firsthand experience in the restaurant industry. I began working at the same local spot when I was 15, starting as a busser. Over time, I worked my way up — through serving and eventually to bartender. I saw the challenges restaurants face in ensuring allergy safety for customers. Servers often struggled to provide accurate allergen information, creating risks for both diners and businesses.
With a background in business and a passion for problem-solving, I set out to build a solution. Teaching myself to code and mastering AI technology, I developed Pie AI from the ground up — testing, refining, and optimizing it along the way. Today, Pie AI stands as an innovative tool designed to enhance restaurant efficiency, improve customer safety, and streamline dining experiences for all.
